Shuttle Service

Group shuttle service will be arranged on arrival (preferably on Sunday 18 September) and departure day (Friday 23, Saturday 24, Sunday 25 September) between Fontanarossa airport (CTA) and Zafferana Etnea. For those participating the outreach day, a shuttle to CTA will be organised directly from the Rigugio Sapienza, the lower station of the Funivia cable car on the southern slopes of Etna. The journey takes approximately 1- 1,5 hours, depending on traffic. Please be advised that individually organised taxi rides cannot be reimbursed. In case of questions, please contact us.
