Getting to São Miguel

The Azores are composed of nine volcanic islands. The biggest island is São Miguel, where the workshop will take place. The airport on São Miguel is called Ponta Delgada (PDL) with several direct flights to major cities in Europe per week and several daily flights from Porto (OPO) and Lisbon (LIS) on the Portuguese mainland.
